Global Ethics and Compliance Manager

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Global Ethics and Compliance Manager to support the development and implementation of our global Ethics and Compliance programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Global Ethics and Compliance Director and Global Head of Risk Management in the engagement and implementation of Ethics and Compliance programmes across regions and business segments.
  • Facilitate the implementation and sustainment of the Ethics and Compliance programme across Turner & Townsend, using a centre of excellence model.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure Turner & Townsend business objectives are achieved ethically and in compliance with policies and the law.
  • Assist in identifying gaps in compliance policy and procedures and develop solutions.
  • Work with the Global Ethics and Compliance Director to shape the vision and direction of the Ethics and Compliance programmes globally.
  • Lead on communication and training initiatives to support the implementation of the Ethics and Compliance programme.

Requirements:

  • Professionally qualified in a legal or finance role, e.g. a qualified lawyer, accountant or auditor.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering an Ethics and Compliance programme, with experience across a range of relevant risk areas.
  • Experience of working within a global business and ability to work flexibly across other time zones.
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively communicate complex risk topics to non-experts.
  • Proven track-record of success in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering compliance initiatives in a complex global business.
