Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting Classroom Instruction: Assist educators in delivering lessons by providing targeted support to students, whether individually or in small groups, reinforcing key concepts and offering additional practice.
  2. Student Supervision: Help uphold classroom order and discipline by supervising students during various activities, transitions, and breaks.
  3. Classroom Management Assistance: Collaborate with teachers to manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective redirection, while also organizing classroom materials.
  4. Individualized Support: Work with students who have special educational needs or learning disabilities, offering tailored support and necessary accommodations, including modifying assignments and assisting with adaptive technology.

In summary, Teaching Assistants play a crucial role in enhancing the educational experience for both teachers and students, contributing significantly to the overall success of the learning environment.
