Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Williams Manufacturing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal production levels
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on production and packaging machinery
  • Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance activities
  • Work to strict H&S guidelines and HACCP protocols
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Apprentice-trained or equivalent in mechanical and electrical engineering
  • Minimum 17th or 18th Edition electrical qualification
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of slitting, lamination, and converting equipment desirable
