Compliance Role
We are seeking a Compliance Administrator to assist with pre-employment screening at our Reading-based recruitment office.
This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday with flexible hours in between 8am-5:30pm. We are 100% office based.
This is initially a 6-month fixed term contract to assist with a high volume of pre-employment checks; however, it could become a permanent role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the pre-employment screening team with auditing DBS, right to work, and other background checks.
  2. Use our online portal systems to keep track of important data.
  3. Work closely alongside other parts of the business to ensure pre-employment checks are being carried out efficiently and all information is being collected in a timely manner.
  4. Chase candidates and consultants for extra or corrected data where needed.

Requirements:
  1. We would strongly prefer candidates with a background in compliance/pre-employment screening.
  2. Good written and spoken communication skills are necessary - you will need to liaise with other parts of the business regularly.
