We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Community Dietitian, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dietetic services to patients in their own homes and in a clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver dietetic assessments and interventions to a complex caseload of patients
- Work closely with a band 4 practitioner to provide clinical and professional dietetic advice on nutrition and the use of dietetic products
- Develop and implement evidence-based dietetic services to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Contribute to the development of dietetic services and pathways
- Proven experience as a Dietitian in a community setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dietetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Postgraduate qualification in Dietetics or equivalent
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
