Accounts Clerk Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This role will involve processing invoices, setting up vendors, and checking statements, among other key duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and credit notes
  • Set up vendors
  • Check statements
  • Manage weekly payment runs
  • Handle supplier and colleague queries
  • Send out remittances
  • Process corporate traveller invoices
  • Process credit card transactions
  • Unapproved invoices report at month end
  • Manage Bacs requests
