After Sales Service Technician / Repairs Technician

Job Summary:

Elecro Engineering Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and guidance to customers, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct technical maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist in the development of new products and processes, working closely with the production team to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
  • Organize and maintain samples, jigs, and components, ensuring that all materials are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Carry out pressure testing and electrical testing on products, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain tooling and equipment, reporting any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, reporting any safety concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and repair procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
