Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to lead the development and prototyping of innovative AI/ML solutions for our ultra-premium automotive brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our AI initiatives from concept to implementation, leveraging cutting-edge tools and techniques to deliver predictive maintenance and generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • AI/ML Model Development: Develop and prototype AI/ML models for predictive maintenance and generative AI, utilizing tools like Langchain, open-source LLMs, and advanced RAG techniques.
  • Data Exploration & Engineering: Analyze diverse datasets, performing data cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering to optimize model training.
  • Model Refining & Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize models, ensuring alignment with business needs and real-world applications.
  • Visualisation & Communication: Create clear, compelling visualisations and present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Managers to ensure seamless integration of prototypes into production.
  • Innovation & Initiative: Stay ahead of AI/ML advancements, proactively proposing new applications and driving projects independently.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly in automotive or IoT contexts.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Python, data science libraries, and tools like GitHub for versioning and branching.
  • Generative AI Tools: Experience with generative AI tools like Hugging Face and implementing solutions on platforms like Azure ML Studio, MLflow, or Sagemaker.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
