The starting pay for this role is £11.31 per hour.
As our next Night Receptionist, you will:
Be the welcoming face of Ibis Budget Sheffield Centre- St Mary's Gate, providing a warm reception to our guests during the night and prioritizing their well-being while adding your unique touch to their experience.
Assist in the overall operations of the hotel during nighttime hours and collaborate with other departments to prepare for the following day.
Exhibit autonomy and passion, with a commitment to enhancing the quality of our services.
Conduct night audits and safety inspections to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
Demonstrate confidence in guest relations, acknowledging and accommodating all guests, including those needing special assistance.
Additional Insights:
To support your success in this role, you will receive training in all front-of-house functions and the safety protocols of the property.
As a Night Receptionist, you will join a friendly team of 14 professionals. Our hotel features 126 rooms and unique bar and restaurant facilities.
Understanding our guests' perspectives is crucial, so we will arrange a complimentary overnight stay for you to experience our services firsthand.
