Job Overview

Kenton Black Finance is recruiting on behalf of a reputable company situated in a picturesque area near Rossendale. This well-established business has been operating for over 40 years and takes pride in its long-standing staff members, many of whom have surpassed twenty years of service.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process and manage invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes
  • Update Excel sheets with received invoices and reconcile supplier statements
  • Produce sales invoices using Easy Quote, with full training provided for those without prior knowledge
  • Process internal stock transfers and maintain a held invoice Excel list
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external staff and suppliers
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes
  • Perform general accounts-related administrative duties
Requirements
  • Experience in Sage Line 50 is preferred, with essential skills in MS Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to use initiative in a busy accounts office
