Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant Trainee to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, analyzing variances, and providing performance reports for our subsidiary companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain KPI data to support business decision-making.
  • Project costing for subsidiary companies and monitor New Product Development.
  • Assist tax advisors with R&D claims and contribute to process improvements within the finance function.
Requirements
  • Part-qualified CIMA (and working towards).
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably MS Business Central, and the ability to extract and manipulate data into meaningful management information.
  • Willingness to undertake international travel.
