We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at LaplandUK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Ice Rink, located in the heart of our Elven Village.

• Operations Management
  • Manage a safe and best-in-class operation, strictly adhering to approved policies, processes, and instructions.
  • Ensure a complete and up-to-date working knowledge of procedures, consulting with Head Office as needed.
  • Consistently and accurately report operational KPIs to Head Office and the wider Lapland operations teams.
• Team Management
  • Work closely with the Ice Rink Operations Manager and the wider Ice Rink teams to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Establish, lead, and maintain a professional and positive working culture within the Ice Rink Operations teams.
• Health and Safety
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for colleagues and guests.
  • Assist the Management Team in coordinating emergency procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of visitors and colleagues.

• Minimum one year of experience as a manager in a customer operations environment.
• Strong working knowledge of best Health and Safety practices.
• Experience coordinating teams within a guest-facing operation.
