Job Title: Local Liaison Officer

As a Local Liaison Officer at Mears Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our branch activities to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing customer contacts, providing thorough analysis and reporting, and developing strong relationships with clients, the local community, and governing bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Contact Management: Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products or services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, the local community, and governing bodies.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Provide thorough analysis and reporting to support branch activities.
  • Administrative Support: Manage records, schedule appointments, handle correspondence, and maintain databases.
