We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Industrial Site Maintenance. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers' property, staff, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Protect our customers' property, staff, and assets by providing security services in accordance with site procedures.
  • Deliver results that meet Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer through full responsibility and accountability.
  • Undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development.
  • Coordinate and oversee the core security team on site.
  • Train security staff.
  • Administrate goods 'in and out' using the latest software programs.
  • Greet visitors and ensure relevant security procedures are carried out.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of security systems and their operation.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid SIA license (Security, DS, or CP).
  • Fully and satisfactorily complete all required competency training.
  • Use technology to achieve key work objectives and develop job knowledge and expertise through continual professional development.
  • Look out for, and immediately report, any Health & Safety hazards, or potential hazards.
  • Use common sense and initiative by immediately involving appropriate others if a situation appears to become threatening.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Hold basic computer skills – Further training and support will be provided.
