Business Systems Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Lorien. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business process change and driving the successful delivery of new system features and changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse business requirements, assessing the feasibility of system changes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to volunteer change where necessary and ensure seamless integration of new systems.
  • Work closely with fellow System Analysts to document the integration of both legacy and new systems, ensuring a smooth transition.
Requirements:
  • Proven commercial experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and database management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, as well as knowledge of how to streamline business processes to increase efficiency.
  • Ability to gather, document, and interpret business requirements from stakeholders, and develop solutions to complex business and systems issues.
  • Attention to detail to avoid errors and a strong ability to work well within cross-functional teams.
  • Change Management skills, facilitating transitions and ensuring end-users are prepared for new system implementations.
