Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Collaboration and Support
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our brand standards for food and operations.
    • Support and train colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional products and guest service.
  • Guest Satisfaction and Feedback
    • Monitor and respond to guest feedback, ensuring we meet our high standards for customer satisfaction.
    • Act on feedback to improve our services and products, driving continuous improvement.
  • Health, Safety, and Hygiene
    • Adhere to our strict health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members.
    • Report any hazards or incidents to management, contributing to a safe working environment.
