Job Overview:

We are thrilled to present an opportunity to join Leonardo as a Program Coordinator. This position is pivotal in managing a range of projects designed to propel Leonardo UK Electronics into a more advanced digital landscape, thereby improving our operational effectiveness and efficiency. The projects encompass the complete product lifecycle, from engaging with customers to integrating external supply chains into our operational framework.

The selected candidate will manage initiatives (Epics) that have a clear scope, budget, and anticipated benefits. As a Program Coordinator, you will establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to keep senior stakeholders updated on project progress and ensure alignment with expected business outcomes. Efficient management of external partners is essential, with assistance from the Leonardo IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with the VCM Product Owner to ensure effective solution deployment
  • Engage and influence internal stakeholders across LMW UK Electronics locations
  • Continuously update and manage the Business Case throughout the project lifecycle
  • Supervise external subcontractors contributing to project outcomes
  • Report on project performance in accordance with company protocols
  • Lead a diverse team to meet project objectives
  • Identify and manage interdependencies with other project teams
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely achievement of milestones
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions fulfill business needs
  • Implement strategies for deployment and change management
  • Drive transformational change necessary for optimal solution utilization

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in delivering business enhancement initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams effectively
  • Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Skilled in analyzing and maximizing business returns
  • Eligibility for full security clearance
