Our client, a rapidly expanding financial services organization, is looking for a Technical Lead with a strong background in Okta to become a vital part of their team.

Your main responsibility will be to oversee Okta deployment initiatives and integrations, ensuring smooth connections with essential platforms such as Office 365. You will collaborate closely with our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team to implement industry best practices, automation techniques, and develop comprehensive technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Okta deployment initiatives across the organization globally, ensuring smooth integration with critical platforms like Office 365, Workday, and ServiceNow.
  • Leverage your extensive knowledge of Okta and IAM solutions to execute successful integration projects.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through intricate integration processes, ensuring all technical specifications are fulfilled.
  • Develop and implement best practices and automation techniques to improve efficiency and security across the organization's IT systems.
  • Create thorough technical documentation to support ongoing and future initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven hands-on technical expertise with significant experience in Okta deployments and integrations, along with a deep understanding of IAM and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools and their integration capabilities with Okta.
  • Proficient in leading projects and teams effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
