About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our services, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs and helping them achieve recovery and social reintegration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning, ensuring seamless transitions and onward referrals.
  • Support service users in their treatment and recovery journey, promoting resilience, peer support, and self-determination.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including courts, police, and probation services, to ensure effective multi-agency working.
  • Develop and deliver group work programs and workshops tailored to meet the unique needs of our service users.
  • Conduct prison inreach, ensuring continuity of care and supporting individuals prior to release.
  • Promote carer, service user, and community involvement, fostering a culture of recovery and support.
About You:

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Experience working within the substance misuse field and a deep understanding of related issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in IT and a proactive approach.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to information governance processes and a willingness to adhere to necessary safeguards.

  • Competitive salary range (pro rata if part-time) CGL points 23 to 28 (£27,449.52 - £31,529.41)
