Key Role in Clinical Pharmacy Service

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at The London Clinic. As a key member of our Pharmacy Team, you will play a vital role in providing a patient-centered clinical pharmacy service across a variety of medical and surgical specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical pharmacy service to designated wards, ensuring optimal patient care and outcomes.
  • Lead service development initiatives to enhance patient care and improve clinical pharmacy services.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize medicines usage and improve patient safety.
  • Participate in on-call and weekend pharmacy services, providing 24/7 support to patients and staff.

Requirements:

  • Registered Pharmacist with clinical pharmacy qualification and experience in acute healthcare settings.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
