Your Role:
As a Senior Nursing Professional, you will provide exceptional clinical care to residents while demonstrating strong leadership skills. You will adhere to the NMC's professional conduct guidelines and assist the Home Manager in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exemplify professionalism in appearance, conduct, and hygiene.
- Maintain accurate records and individualized care plans as mandated by regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Ideally, you will have 12 months of post-graduate experience in elderly care settings, including nursing homes, hospitals, or community care. However, we welcome applications from newly qualified nurses.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in providing clinical support to elderly individuals, particularly those with dementia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective management of diverse situations within a nursing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in report writing and care planning.
