Nursing Home Charge Nurse

We are seeking an exceptional Charge Nurse to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing professional clinical nursing to all residents while delivering strong leadership and supporting the Home Manager in the daily running of the Nursing Home.
Main Responsibilities- Provide a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Appraise staff and, if necessary, counsel adhering to company procedure and documentation.
- Assume responsibility of operational overview of whole home and delegate workload in the absence of the Home Manager.
- Maintain correctly written records and individual care plans as required by the company and statutory bodies.
- Experienced nurse with a background in care of the elderly settings.
- Experience of working with elderly people with dementia delivering clinical support and leadership.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse range of situations effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Post-registration qualification and knowledge of employment law and legislation surrounding care homes.
