Nursing Home Charge Nurse

We are seeking an exceptional Charge Nurse to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing professional clinical nursing to all residents while delivering strong leadership and supporting the Home Manager in the daily running of the Nursing Home.
Main Responsibilities- Provide a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Appraise staff and counsel as necessary, adhering to company procedure and documentation.
- Assume responsibility for the operational overview of the whole home and delegate workload in the absence of the Home Manager.
- Maintain correctly written records and individual care plans as required by the company and statutory bodies.
- Competitive hourly rate of £23.32, with a £1500 joining bonus.
- Overtime paid at time and a third.
- Enhanced sick pay scheme covering Week 3 - Week 26.
