Job Title: Charge Nurse

We are seeking an exceptional Charge Nurse to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing professional clinical nursing care to our residents while delivering strong leadership and supporting the Home Manager in the daily running of the Nursing Home.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors
  • Appraise staff and counsel, if necessary, adhering to company procedure and documentation
  • Assume responsibility of operational overview of the whole home and delegate workload in the absence of the Home Manager
  • Maintain correctly written records and individual care plans as required by the company and statutory bodies
Key Requirements:
  • Experienced nurse with a strong background in care of the elderly
  • Experience of working with elderly people with dementia delivering clinical support and leadership
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage a diverse range of situations effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide advice and guidance to internal staff, residents, and their relatives
