About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Norse Commercial Services Limited. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling service users to make informed choices and maintain their autonomy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to build strong relationships with service users, participating in wellbeing events and activities that promote a safe and engaging environment.
  • Respond promptly to call bells and emergencies, communicating effectively with medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
