About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at High Haven, a 40-bed residential care home providing short-term and full-time care and support, specializing in dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling service users to make informed choices and promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
