Job Title: Childcare & Nursery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Childcare & Nursery Manager to join our team at Marylebone Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our nursery, ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the nursery team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of childcare and education.
  • Ensure the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for children, staff, and parents.
  • Manage the nursery budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents, staff, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualified in Childcare.
  • Experience of Management within Early Years.
  • Up to date DBS (If not, must be willing to complete one).
  • Understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding & EYFS.
  • Excellent communication skills both written & spoken.
  • Confident knowledge of the inspection process and/or experience leading a team to a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' outcome.
