Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and enhance our reputation in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Manage and execute the brand and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing and Group Director of Marketing to develop and execute a hotel and venue marketing strategy.
  • Deliver an annual marketing calendar of data-driven campaigns for hotels and assess results to ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Develop a comprehensive and results-driven social media strategy per venue and execute in line with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Manage data capture and growth of F&B email databases, as well as third-party listings/platforms.
  • Support hotel, F&B, and C&E teams with collateral development, including website management, compendium, menus, signage, and app materials.
  • Manage local media relations and proactively seek positive PR opportunities and famils.
  • Manage the execution, development, and rollout of hotel brand assets and content across both owned and third-party channels.
  • Develop a regular reporting schedule for key hotel campaign metrics, reporting top-level results, meaningful insights, and articulating trends and forecasts.
  • Look to acquire, foster, and review potential hotel partnerships across all areas of the business.
  • Assist with member-first acquisition strategies to continue to drive membership at a hotel level and maintain a customer and loyalty-first approach to campaigns and customer experience.
  • Report on revenue growth across marketing and communications channels monthly and as required.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, such as marketing, communications, or business.
  • At least 3 years' experience working in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing marketing and communication campaigns using a variety of channels.
  • Demonstrated experience in producing and publishing social media content in a range of different brand voices.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Canva, Indesign, SEO, SEA, and social media platforms.
  • Creative thinking with high-level attention to detail.
  • Good project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
