About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a SEN Tutor, you will be working with children with Special Education Needs, providing one-to-one support and developing their knowledge in core subjects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging sessions based on the child's needs, developing their knowledge in core subjects.
  • Work with children with Special Education Needs who require face-to-face support, including those with ASD, SEMH, or PMLD.
  • Track progress and plan next steps in the child's learning.
  • Implement behavior strategies to ensure children are focused and on task.
Requirements
  • Experience working with SEN children.
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging sessions based on the needs of the learner.
  • Effective behavior management strategies.
  • Ability to track progress and plan next steps in the child's learning.
