About the Role:
Cobalt Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious property brand to find a highly skilled Property Operations Manager for a dynamic mixed-use estate. As a key member of the on-site team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional total facilities management services across a portfolio of commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operational management of the site, ensuring seamless delivery of services to tenants.
- Ensure full compliance with UK health and safety legislative requirements, maintaining a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
- Manage the full planned preventative maintenance (PPM) program on-site, including capital expenditure (CAPEX) works as necessary.
- Develop and manage service charge budgets, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Lead the management of the on-site team, comprising direct reports and external service providers for soft and hard services.
- Liaise with occupiers to deliver tailored customer service solutions, addressing their needs and expectations.
- Implement and monitor environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, ensuring their effective integration into estate operations.
- Perform other duties as required to support the success of the estate.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in total facilities management across commercial properties.
- IOSH qualification is essential; NEBOSH certification is viewed favorably.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
