  • Carry out mental capacity assessments in accordance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and make applications for Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) where appropriate, ensuring legal compliance and protecting individuals' rights.
  • Handle urgent and complex cases with sensitivity and efficiency, providing crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, clear, and timely records of assessments, interventions, and care plans, ensuring all documentation is in line with council policies and legal standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant social work qualification.
  • 2+ years of experience in adult social work, including assessment and care planning.
