About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at Tenth Revolution Group. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our Client Management, Strategic Alliance, and Front Office Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer contracts via electronic signature platforms
  • Validate candidate documents to ensure compliance with country requirements
  • Data entry to maintain internal CRM, accounting, and timesheet systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service to sales teams, clients, and candidates
  • Assist with processing candidate background checks and drug screenings
  • Collaborate with the legal department to manage client and candidate agreements
  • Support sales teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as required
Requirements
  • Administrative experience in a sales, recruitment, finance, or corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM/ERP systems
  • Confidence in working with multiple languages and countries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
