About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a SEND Coach - Empowerment Specialist. As a key member of our staff, you will play a pivotal role in preparing young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) for adulthood.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead small groups of young people with SEND on outings within the community, creating meaningful experiences and promoting social skills.
  • Teach essential life skills such as communication, budgeting, time management, travel training, and self-advocacy.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to empower young people to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
