About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Administrator to join our in-house Investment team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Investment Senior Leaders and Wider Investment Directorate, ensuring they can efficiently manage the delivery of a high-quality product for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Investment Senior Leaders and Wider Investment Directorate
  • Ensure efficient management of the delivery of a high-quality product for our customers
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of business processes and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a business support or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
