Automation Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Candour Solutions. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our software development processes and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of automated testing frameworks to ensure seamless integration with our software development lifecycle.
  • Perform regression testing to verify that fixes and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality, ensuring the highest level of quality in our products.
  • Write and maintain automation tests within our existing BDD framework, leveraging your expertise in C# and automation testing.
  • Deliver high-quality software that has been thoroughly tested to our customers, meeting their expectations and building trust in our brand.
  • Actively participate in the review of acceptance criteria/requirements (static testing) to identify errors, omissions, and areas of ambiguity, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and develop test plans, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA process by providing feedback and suggestions, driving innovation and excellence in our team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Test Automation Engineer role or equivalent, with a strong background in C# and automation testing.
  • Experience using and maintaining automated test frameworks (C#, SpecFlow), as well as automating test cases using Selenium WebDriver & RestSharp.
  • Experience in manual testing (UAT/System/Regression), with a good working knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS) and strong technical ability (Windows, DNS, Networking, Scripting).
  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment, with excellent knowledge of best practice testing techniques and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience manually testing Windows Desktop Applications and experience in Infrastructure Testing.
