Accelerate the energy transition with Assystem, a global company dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Warrington.

Job Purpose:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our projects, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce failures, and meet customer and Sellafield specifications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the handover of project documentation
  • Delivering project Quality Assurance & Control Strategy
  • Planning, evaluating, and verifying quality to ensure effective delivery and cost control
  • Helping deliver project portfolio quality improvement plans
  • Supporting the Learning from Experience process at the project level
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting quality performance
  • Reviewing and accepting supplier quality submissions
  • Helping implement Quality & Life Time Record strategy for SSEP
  • Developing and agreeing on quality plans, identifying necessary inspections
  • Providing technical advice to project teams
  • Proposing quality improvements and influencing stakeholders for changes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience in project delivery or similar roles
  • Project experience in Sellafield or similar high-risk environments
  • Experience reviewing and accepting Lifetime Quality Records
  • Ability to work effectively in a project team
  • Relevant quality qualifications (e.g., ISO 9001)
