Health and Social Care Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Social Care Trainer to join our team at Realise. As a Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training and assessment to our learners, helping them to achieve their goals and develop their skills and knowledge in Health and Social Care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of 40 apprentices and AEB learners across the region, providing tailored support and guidance to ensure they achieve their qualifications in a timely manner.
- Deliver a range of Health and Social Care qualifications, including Level 3 and Level 5, using a variety of teaching and assessment methods to engage and motivate learners.
- Use e-portfolio systems to manage learner journeys, tracking progress and providing feedback to learners and employers.
- Link training needs to industry and sector norms and developments, ensuring that learners are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their careers.
- Have excellent organisational and planning skills, ensuring that activities are planned and delivered to deadlines, and records and paperwork are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Be able to travel to visit learners and work locations, as required, and have flexibility and willingness to vary and change work schedules to meet the needs of the organisation and learners.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £25,000 to £28,000, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as a range of benefits, including 25 days' holiday, flexible working, and a Health Shield scheme.
