Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Finance Associate to join our esteemed client, a prestigious law firm with a global finance practice. As a Fund Finance Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional legal services to a diverse client base, including banks, financial institutions, corporates, and private equity funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Negotiating: Prepare clear and concise legal documents, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and clarity.
  • Advising Clients: Provide expert legal advice to both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of fund finance matters, including NAV finance, capital call facilities, bridge financings, hybrid structures, and preferred equity structures.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified 2-5 PQE Solicitor with experience in leading Fund Finance deals, with specific experience in NAV finance and related fund finance products. You will have a strong understanding of the fund finance market and be able to provide expert advice to clients.
