About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Finance Paralegal to join our team at SSQ. As a Fund Finance Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our lawyers in the preparation and review of fund finance documents, including limited partnership agreements, side letters, and offering memorandums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the drafting and review of fund finance documents, including limited partnership agreements, side letters, and offering memorandums.
  • Support the preparation and review of fund closings and the formation of new managed account mandates.
  • Liaise with local counsel to ensure all regulatory filings and tax forms are registered.
  • Collaborate with our lawyers to provide high-quality support in the preparation and review of fund finance documents.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months' experience working as a funds/corporate/PE paralegal from either a law firm or in-house environment.
  • Strong knowledge of fund finance documents and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
