In the role of Lead Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive management and execution of care services within our organization.
Your main objective will be to uphold the utmost standards of care for our young service users, fostering their autonomy and overall well-being.
You will guide a team of committed professionals, managing the operational, financial, and administrative components of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional, individualized care to all young service users.
- Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of care professionals, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Design and implement care strategies tailored to the unique needs of each service user.
- Assess and monitor the effectiveness of care services, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Oversee the service budget, ensuring financial efficiency and sustainability.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and external organizations to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Conduct regular evaluations and risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of service users and staff.
Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.
- Demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity within a care environment, particularly with children and individuals with complex needs.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory standards and best practices in care delivery.
