Specialist Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Staying Close Wiltshire. As a Specialist Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing a high-quality specialist therapy service to professionals working within our program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide consultation and support to team members across Staying Close
- Develop and deliver training to staff in Children's social care on the Ambit model
- Offer supervision to staff within Staying Close using the Ambit model
- Work autonomously within professional guidelines and the team's policies and procedures
- Registered RMN, OT, Social Worker, or Psychological Therapist
- Experience/skills of working with young people who are known to Children's social care and present with complex needs
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults
- Highly developed interpersonal skills for delivering key messages to a range of stakeholders
