As a key member of our Wellbeing Team, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with the local community, promoting wellbeing, and supporting individuals to access safe and supportive environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote wellbeing and independence
- Build and maintain relationships with local community groups, organizations, and businesses
- Identify and promote local opportunities for community-led events and activities
- Work in partnership with multi-agencies to deliver improved outcomes
- Support community-led initiatives and projects
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a health or social care environment, preferably in community engagement and development
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of community development principles and practices
