Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies to reach target consumer segments.
  • Develop and implement below-the-line (BTL) initiatives, including consumer promotions and market research.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to maximize return on marketing investment.
  • Lead the development and implementation of BTL activities that generate sales.
  • Partner with the Customer Marketing Team to ensure brands are activated at shelf in the best possible manner.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional project management skills and experience in leading and working within high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding, with a track record of delivering commercial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand management in B2B or B2C brands.
