About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong leader to support the store team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a Trading Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing guidance and coaching to colleagues, and ensuring that store standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in-store.
  • Store Standards: Maintain high store standards, ensuring that the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
  • Colleague Development: Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
