Job Summary

As a Security Operations Manager at ISS, you will be responsible for managing the on-shift security team and maintaining professional standards. You will provide lead incident management and serve as a single point of contact for out-of-hours management inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they are current and relevant.
  • Manage security training programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and manage welfare and disciplinary cases as necessary.
  • Maintain Assignment Instructions (AIs) for the entire campus.
  • Conduct monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) meetings with Shift Supervisors to ensure adherence to KPI documents.
  • Perform internal ISO audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide support to the other Security Manager (Operations).
  • Oversee Health and Safety initiatives across the campus.
  • Monitor incident reports and ensure timely and quality reporting.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with senior client personnel in a challenging environment.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests.
  • Highly responsive and proactive with a drive to take ownership of tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications.
  • Willingness to assist other team members.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Desirable: educated to 'A' level standard.
