House Of Fashion Associates is seeking an experienced Assistant Merchandiser to join our team. As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our home textiles product range.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurate forecasting of stock levels, using trend and sales analysis to inform decisions.
- Monitoring of customer till sales and amendments to forecast estimates as required.
- Ensuring data held in forecasting systems is up-to-date and accurate.
- Planning ahead up to 6 months in advance, ensuring any planned increases are discussed with the customer ahead of lead time.
- Full discontinued strategy, reviewing design and colour performance and identifying opportunities to reduce losses.
- Managing MOQ's across the product range to reduce risk.
- Experience in the import and supply chain industry, with a focus on home textiles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
