Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

BCL Legal is partnering with a leading national law firm to find an Associate/Senior Associate to join its thriving Corporate team in Bristol. This role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

About the Role

As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be part of a large national team working on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, shareholders' agreements, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Play a key role in high-value, complex transactions, benefiting from the team's national legal expertise and international reach.
  • Develop your own client relationships through networking and business development opportunities.
  • Manage your own caseload independently, with a strong commercial acumen.
  • Deliver excellent client service and maintain financial management standards, including time recording, billing, and meeting firm targets.
  • Utilize excellent IT and case management skills, with familiarity using electronic time recording and Microsoft packages.
Requirements

A minimum of 4+ years PQE in Corporate Law, ideally from a reputable private practice or in-house environment. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage your own caseload independently.
