Brackenberry is seeking a dedicated Parking Appeals Coordinator to join our team for a temporary engagement. This role involves assisting a Local Authority in managing challenges and appeals related to disputed Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a commitment to maintaining clear and professional communication.

Compensation: £23.83 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively prioritize and manage a diverse workload
  • Conduct thorough investigations into challenges and appeals against disputed PCNs/FPNs
  • Address inquiries related to liability transfers and payments
  • Ensure all communications are articulated in plain English
  • Achieve established quality and performance benchmarks

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years in customer service or administrative roles
  • Proven experience in data analysis and investigative processes
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with various computer systems and databases

Additional Information:

  • Immediate availability or readiness for short notice is essential
  • Must possess the right to work in the U.K.
