A strong understanding of the hospitality industry and experience in managing a food-led business is essential, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

The Robin Hood is a thriving business with a strong reputation, offering a premium pub food experience with a split of 70/30 and catering for up to 800 covers weekly, with sales of £20-£25k. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the kitchen team, and ensuring seamless execution of the offer.

  1. Salary of up to £38,000 per annum, live-in, dependent on experience
