Job Title: B1 Licensed Engineer

At Nexus Careers Group Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled B1 Licensed Engineer to join our team as a Days Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a critical site environment, maintaining high engineering standards and ensuring precise maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee maintenance activities during daytime hours to ensure optimal operational standards.
  • Manage and maintain systems such as Boiler Systems, Cooling Towers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Pumps and Motors, Building Management Systems (BMS), Low Voltage (LV) / High Voltage (HV) Systems, HV Switching, Changing Ballasts, Emergency Light Testing, and Electrical Installations.
  • Execute preventive maintenance schedules to improve equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a critical site environment such as a data center.
  • Electrical or Mechanical qualification or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional overtime when required.
